  • Do you accept Medicare?
Regrettably, we are unable to provide services to individuals with Medicare coverage at this time. This decision is based on a variety of factors, including regulatory considerations and internal policies.
  • Do you offer scholarships or a sliding scale for your services?
Rising Together Healthcare does not have a sliding scale or scholarship program in place at this time. Our fee structure is designed to reflect the quality of care and services provided. We understand that financial considerations can be a concern, and we are committed to providing value for the investment you make in your health. If you have specific financial constraints, we encourage you to discuss them with us, and we will do our best to work with you within the constraints of our current policies.
  • Do you accept insurance?
Rising Together Healthcare has opted not to participate in insurance networks. While we understand that insurance coverage is a significant consideration for many individuals, we believe that this approach enables us to focus on delivering high-quality care without the constraints of insurance-related administrative processes. If you have insurance, we can provide you with a superbill that includes the information you need to submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan, and it is advisable to check with your insurance provider regarding their policies on out-of-network reimbursement.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
At Rising Together Healthcare, we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive sufficient notice, a missed appointment charge of $100 will be applied. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we offer a one-time waiver of this charge per year. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that all of our clients receive the care and attention they need, while allowing us to effectively manage our schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • How does Rising Together Healthcare monitor the health of patients with eating disorders in a virtual setting?
Rising Together Healthcare understands the importance of medical monitoring in treating eating disorders. To provide such monitoring virtually, we utilize remote monitoring technology, which allows us to track key health indicators such as weight (blind), heart rate, and blood pressure. If this technology is something that we feel will benefit your family, we will discuss this with you at your appointment. We conduct regular virtual check-ins with patients to assess their progress and adjust their treatment if necessary. Our approach is patient-centered and evidence-based, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their recovery journey.
  • Do you offer primary care services?
Rising Together Healthcare is a specialized healthcare practice. We do not offer emergency or primary care services. Please seek appropriate medical attention for urgent or acute health concerns.
  • Does Rising Together Healthcare have a physical office location?
